Contract Engagement: Independent Contractor (Financial Services)

What we are seeking:

L.E.K. Consulting is looking to contract with an Independent Contractor to work alongside our Financial Services team. The Independent Contractor will provide support as needed for specific project(s). We will enter into an independent contractor agreement that will outline, among other things, details related to the services, deliverables, and timelines of each project. L.E.K. Consulting will engage the Independent Contractor on an ad-hoc basis. The Independent Contractor will not be considered an employee of L.E.K. Consulting.

The ideal contractor will have significant (15+ years) of experience in business development, sales, and/or strategic partnership in a consulting environment.

As requested, L.E.K. Consulting may ask for assistance and input relating to the following topics:

• Strategic Relationship Development
• Market Positioning & Opportunity Identification
• Sales & Negotiation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Data Driven Insights & Reporting

The Independent Contractor shall retain full autonomy over the execution of their services, including the setting of their own schedule, location to perform services, and the determination of the methods to be employed in the completion of projects.
