  • You have a well-established network in the healthcare and life sciences sectors,including pharmaceuticals, medical technology, biotechnology, and healthcareservices.

  • You are empathetic, open-minded, and present yourself confidently.

  • You proactively approach new clients and accurately identify their challenges. Even in the face of rejections, you stay motivated.

  • You have experience in selling IT services and bring a corresponding technological affinity. You are especially familiar with nearshore models.

  • You work independently, are flexible, and think outside the box.

  •  You have experience with tenders and negotiating with buying centers.

  • You speak German and English fluently and are able to negotiate in both languages.

This is your role

  • Together with your colleagues, you will expand our business activities in the DACHmarket by inspiring new clients in the healthcare and life sciences environment withour portfolio.
  • You will accompany the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract conclusionin close cooperation with our consulting, pre-sales, and delivery teams on both alocal and global level.
  • You will independently manage your clients and strategically develop them basedon our comprehensive portfolio.
  • You will contribute to the planning, preparation, and implementation of leadgeneration campaigns.
  • You will orchestrate the proposal process when participating in tenders
