Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Freelance Tutor (part-time, 10-12 hours per week) to support learners by providing them meaningful feedback on their submissions and coaching them through their mastery of competencies needed to thrive and succeed as changemakers in the 21st century.

This role will be a freelance contract, with 10-12 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide students with submission feedback and develop their understanding of learning materials outside of live sessions
• Collaborate with Challenge Owners (lecturers) to create a safe, supportive, and challenging learning environment in a remote, online setting
• Provide feedback on and improve the design and quality of Challenges (courses), from how the learning experience is scaffolded to the assessment criteria of student work
• Contribute to the continuous development of Tomorrow University’s learning app in collaboration with our learning experience, product, and engineering teams
  
  

Your Profile:

• You have extensive experience with undergraduate and/or masters level teaching, tutoring, or supervision
• You are well-versed in supporting students in a fully remote and online environment (preference will be given to those with experience teaching in an international setting)
• You are experienced in supporting students from diverse backgrounds, providing feedback on their work, ensuring their understanding of learning materials, and further developing their understanding of said materials
• You have participated in the process of designing learning materials
• You have a PhD or are completing a PhD in a sustainability-themed discipline
• You have a publication record relevant to your professional level, and/or relevant professional experience in the field of sustainability
