  • Executive Support
  • Manage the CEO's intricate calendar, including international engagements and high-priority meetings.
  • Coordinate and prepare detailed briefs for meetings to ensure seamless transitions between tasks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO, maintaining professional correspondence with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation and social media calendars, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and brand tone.
  • Conduct market research to inform growth strategies and identify emerging trends in beauty and e-commerce.
  • Lead and track key projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Implement systems for workflow management and team collaboration.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for partnerships and product innovation.
  • Plan and execute intricate travel itineraries, prioritizing efficiency and comfort for the CEO.
  • Manage event logistics for masterclasses, product launches, and high-profile appearances.
  • Draft, edit, and manage communications, including partnership proposals and press materials.
  • Ensure all communications are professional, polished, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide comprehensive lifestyle support, effectively balancing personal and professional obligations for the CEO.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience assisting C-suite executives, preferably within the beauty, fashion, e-commerce, or luxury industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and navigate high-profile interactions with discretion.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content creation, particularly in beauty or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to execute campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and professional demeanor, adept at operating in high-stakes environments.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, fashion, and luxury trends, coupled with a creative and forward-thinking mindset.
