SE Sr. Engineer

The Senior Engineer for Digital Services is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital solutions to meet business needs. This role demands a strong technical background and leadership skills to guide projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with advanced English proficiency and hands-on expertise in core technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Development:
  • Develop robust and scalable digital solutions using industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead the development lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and developers, to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them to enhance existing systems.
  • Mentorship:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and facilitate knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development and technical leadership roles.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in .NET and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of Blazor (open to candidates willing to learn).
  • Experience with Azure for cloud-based application development.
  • Familiarity with ADO (Azure DevOps) for project management and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Skilled in Unit Testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-driven coding tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
