Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth through new business acquisition and account management. The focus will be on IT Managed Services, particularly within the Data Centre vertical across Central and Western Europe.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping and executing a go-to-market strategy.
  • Cultivating new business opportunities, including smart hands and day-2 service contracts.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team of four.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Managing long sales cycles and delivering measurable results.
