In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that engages our target audience and drives business results.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing static ads for social media, display ads, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and creativity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts and brand messaging into effective visual designs.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all materials.
  • Optimize designs for performance, ensuring they are visually appealing while also meeting marketing objectives such as increasing engagement and conversions.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and delivering high-quality creative assets on time.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, applying fresh and innovative ideas to your work.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the visual direction of static ads and email campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver final design files optimized for web, email, and social media platforms.

This Might Describe You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static ads and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and email design platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Experience in designing for various digital platforms, including social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Ability to design responsive email templates optimized for mobile and desktop views.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

Location & Details:

This is a full-time and remote position.

Compensation

$900-$1,800 USD a month, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Requirement

All applicants will be required to submit a Google Drive link to their portfolio showcasing graphic work they've did for paid social and/or email campaigns.
