The Founding Engineer Role

As the Founding Engineer, you will be a pivotal part of Cresce’s founding team. You will lead the technological vision, manage engineering execution, and build a high-performing tech team. Your entrepreneurial mindset and technical expertise will drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform's capabilities and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define and implement the tech strategy, making key decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and technology stack.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and features that meet our users' needs.
• AI Integration: Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions to automate and optimise various aspects of the platform.
• Scalability and Security: Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and capable of handling large volumes of data while maintaining high performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including investors and partners, to align technological initiatives with business goals.
