Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Evaluate project requirements and specifications thoroughly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and revise installation and manufacturing drawings as necessary.
• Establish and oversee guidelines and procedures for effective data management.
• Manage workload distribution within the engineering department efficiently.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Inventor, or Solidworks.
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical documents and drawings accurately.
• Strong mathematical skills and foundational knowledge of materials and engineering principles.
• Competent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for data assessment.
• Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills.
• Familiarity with machine equipment and adherence to shop safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in 3D design, drafting, and engineering.
• Experience in the metal manufacturing sector is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• A relevant technical or engineering degree is preferred, with an Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training being acceptable.
