Job description

Position Overview

We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner for our rapidly growing company. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent within a designated region or functional area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping BradyPLUS culture and driving the company’s mission and goals, through the successful sourcing and selection of top talent.

Note : This is a remote position who preferably works in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within assigned region or functional area.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, including attending career fairs, hosting informational sessions, and promoting our company as an employer of choice.
  • Support with integration and M&A projects as requested by TA leadership.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in high volume, full cycle recruiting of exempt and nonexempt associates in a distribution environment, or related industry
  • Experience supporting a region or multiple business units, strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting hourly warehousing and transportation roles, strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively recruit for a variety of roles and engage with a variety of candidates and team members at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to support a highly matrixed environment and efficiently navigate multiple systems and procedures
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, DOT/FMCSA regulations and other best practices related to recruitment and selection, strongly desired
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexible Packaging knowledge and experience PREFERRED
