Job description

Are you excited about the opportunity to support hospitals and clinics, as well as doctors, nurses, and bioengineers, with advanced medical equipment while driving sales success? Join us at Olympus Norway and become part of a collaborative team within an organization with a rich history and a leading position in the field of endoscopy.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for two Territory Managers who are not only skilled professionals but also team players who thrive in a cooperative and dynamic environment. With a strong focus on quality and patient safety, one position will specialize in Gastrointestinal and Respiratory (GI&R) equipment, while the other will focus on Urology & Ear, Nose, and Throat (Uro & ENT).

At Olympus, we value personality as much as experience. We’re seeking individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare. You will work closely with colleagues and customers to build trust, foster lasting relationships, and create value for healthcare professionals and their patients.

Both roles include your own sales district within Norway, covering both nearby hospitals and those requiring travel by car and plane. The positions involve approximately 60–80 overnight stays per year. If you’re a driven team player who enjoys collaboration and is passionate about improving patient care through sales excellence, we encourage you to read on.

  • Action planning:

  • Ensuring customer progressions along the ISP:

  • Train customers in products
  • Comply with price policies

Qualifications

  • +2 years of experience in a similar field sales role, or relevant experience as a healthcare professional is preferrable
  • We are looking for a strong personality match for our team, someone who aligns with our culture and values, and brings an approachable and collaborative demeanour
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Skilled presenter who fosters positive relationships with confidence and approachability
  • Is highly dependable, structured, and organized, with a natural ability to work effectively in a team environment
