If you are new to the industry, there is a lot you can learn from us. If you are experienced, we can provide you with all the tools you need to be as successful as you can be.

We are ideally looking for someone from an analytics, digital, project or broader IT industry background. From day one you will be given access to all of our clients, candidates and PSAs.

Specifics about you:

  • Agency recruitment experience from 1-99 years.
  • Experienced in Business Development | Cold calling target clients.
  • Be committed to your recruitment career but also know that work isn't everything in your life.
  • Experienced in recruiting end to end within an IT specialism; Cyber, Infrastructure, Digital, Data, Project Services.
  • A natural and conversational relationship developer who delivers on their word to clients and candidates.
  • Be driven, ambitious and wants to be part of something exceptional.
  • Mature enough to work in a flexible and positive culture and an outcome based environment.
  • Career and financially motivated. Be part of a flat structure and sign up to an uncapped and generous commission scheme.
