Compensation: circa £45,000

Description

The purpose of this role is to deliver a customer driven product roadmap for your defined area, delivering new revenue generating products and product features which reach new customers and customer segments, enhance customer retention, create further upsell opportunities and deliver a great user experience.

This role will focus on delivering our books and case studies portfolio roadmaps, driving innovation and products that meet our customers needs.

Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face to face collaboration, and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.

Day To Day We’ll Trust You To

  • Develop and Deliver Roadmaps: Create and manage product roadmaps for books and case studies, ensuring alignment with business strategy, OKRs, and value propositions.
  • Customer-First Development: Use continuous market research and user insights to drive product enhancements, business value, and user experience improvements.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle, execute strategy, and manage P&L to meet commercial and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Work with senior Product Manager and VP of Product on go-to-market and commercial strategies.
  • Champion Your Product: Promote your product internally, support training, engage with customers and stakeholders, and assist in sales.
  • Market Monitoring: Track pipeline, pricing, and target market adjustments as needed.
  • Support New Products: Assist in developing business cases and forecasts with sales, operations, content acquisition, and marketing teams.
  • Define Success: Set acceptance and success criteria for services, use analytics to understand users, and refine product offerings.
  • Innovate Content: Help publishing identify and monetize new content opportunities to meet customer needs and explore new markets.
  • Customer Focus: Understand key customer personas and market dynamics, be their advocate, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Commercial Alignment: Liaise with Sales, Commercial Operations, Product Marketing, and Publishing to communicate the roadmap and gather insights.
  • Digital Development: Collaborate with Delivery to ensure clear requirements, effective scoping, delivery, and testing of new and existing services.
