teamative is excited to announce an opening for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our client, a leading ICT service provider in the German market! With a robust team of over 1,000 highly qualified employees, our client plays a crucial role in the digitalization of SMEs by developing state-of-the-art information systems and managing cloud platforms while ensuring 24/7 system support.

In this role, you will provide expert consulting and support for existing customers in various HCM modules, including payroll accounting, organizational management, and time management. You will participate in the rollout of an SAP S/4HANA template focused on time management and payroll accounting, supporting the further development of the SAP HCM system landscape. Your responsibilities will include recording customer requirements, implementing them through customization, and collaborating closely with SAP developers to enhance existing customizations.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive professional experience in IT or organizational projects, along with proven expertise in a project or consulting environment. A strong knowledge of the SAP HCM module, particularly in customizing time management and payroll accounting, is essential. While basic knowledge of ABAP/4 is desirable, a solid understanding of business processes and proficiency in the MS Office suite are also important. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and support for existing customers in the HCM modules, e.g. in the areas of payroll accounting, org. management, time management
• Participation in the rollout of an SAP S/4HANA template for time management and payroll accounting in the project
• Support for the SAP HCM module with a focus on the further development of the SAP system landscape
• Recording customer requirements and subsequent implementation by means of customizing
• Support and further development of existing customizations in close coordination with the SAP developers
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in IT or organizational projects
• Proven experience in a project or consulting environment
• Very good knowledge of the SAP HCM module incl. customizing, in particular time management and payroll accounting
• Basic knowledge of ABAP/4 is desirable
• Specialist knowledge of business processes
• Confident handling of the MS Office product range
• Reliable and careful way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
