Job description

Dla naszgeo klienta Hitachi Energy poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Directory Services SME.

Directory Services Subject Mater Expert (SME) responsible for EntraID (Azure) and Active Directory. The role is for a technical expert who can transform the high-level plans from Enterprise Architecture, infosec requirements, operational considerations into a robust operational solution. The candidate must have a strong sense of customer focus to ensure the solutions make life easier for the business while maintaining design principles and security. The role will cover continuous improvement of existing solutions, their development, working on complex technical issues or problem management, guiding operational teams and more.

Tasks

  • Ensure Directory Services (EntraID and Active Directory) operation and development
  • Transform high level concept from Enterprise Architecture into operational service/s.
  • Design and maintain operational processes and documentation.
  • Interface with information security to ensure that policies are incorporated into the design.
  • Assist information security to define policies.
  • Collaborate with IS suppliers where needed.
  • Work under guidance of IAM Enterprise Architect
  • Propose and develop solutions to automate and/or improve existing solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of high-level architecture decisions, standards, and policies.
  • Assist as needed to resolve complex operational issues.
  • Work in area of problem management to define permanent solutions to prevent common or complex issues.
  • Creates and/or approves technical specifications for changes based on functional as well as non-functional requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze current service performance for potential problems and improvement.
  • Support global vendors in analyzing problems and developing solutions.
  • Propose and evaluate business case for changes or new services.
  • Evaluate service refresh and new services.
  • Maintain a daily cooperation with colleagues using the services or involved in their design and delivery.

Requirements

  • BSc degree with 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services with specific and strong experience in EntraID/Azure and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Deep technical knowledge in these areas preferred:
  • EntraID/Azure Active Directory (identities, groups, roles, RBAC, CAs, applications, MS Graph)
  • Microsoft Active Directory (AD service operation, Domain Controllers, GPOs, delegations, synchronization).
  • Identity life cycle management, access management in AD, Azure (RBAC)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Optional experience:
  • Experience with IAM, PAM solutions, T-SQL are not required but would be a great asset.
  • Microsoft certification
  • Previous experience in networking, security or hosting service is welcomed.
  • Good written and spoken English.
