Are you an SAP Basis expert passionate about optimizing and securing SAP systems? teamative is looking for a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our team remotely! In this role, you’ll manage SAP systems like ERP, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and security. From system upgrades and database management to technical troubleshooting and SAP security policies, you’ll be at the heart of Teamative’s SAP landscape.

If you have over 3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, a strong grasp of SAP architecture, and proficiency in database management, this is your chance to collaborate with our IT teams and provide critical support to end-users. German language skills are required, and SAP Basis certification or cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP CRM, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and perform tuning to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.
• Implement and maintain SAP security policies and procedures.
• Perform database administration tasks including backup and recovery, database tuning, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components.
• Experience with SAP installation, upgrades, and system maintenance.
• Proficiency in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP security administration - advantage
• Knowledge of database administration concepts and experience with SAP databases (e.g., SAP HANA, Oracle).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active German language
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Basis certification.
• Experience with SAP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud).
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP NetWeaver.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
• “Hands-on” experience with Unix/Linux/Win OS
• Experience with Oracle/MS SQL/ASE/HANA/DB2 databases
