Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Founding Marketing Manager with exceptional technical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded marketing skill set, capable of handling various tasks ranging from email marketing and social media to website optimization. This role requires a creative, analytical thinker with hands-on experience in executing marketing strategy, an understanding of SaaS marketing, and the financial services industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Brand development: Craft and establish a compelling brand identity, including defining brand vision and visual elements, to resonate with target audiences and differentiate in the market.
  • Email marketing: create and managing all email marketing, and drive leads to our scrappy sales team through successful campaigns.
  • Web design: Our company website needs to give customers and investors the right impression, and we will need you to continuously improve this online asset.
  • SEO basics: SEO is crucial for ensuring that our company’s site is seen by the right people, and you should have an understanding of SEO basics to boost organic our rankings.
  • Management of paid budget: Your will be responsible for managing PPC and other paid advertising initiatives, and for analyzing and driving maximum ROI for these marketing strategies through rigorous testing.
  • Experience in events: an impressive first showing at events and trade shows, and to make our company look good at its first public appearance through designing promotional materials and managing all event details.
  • Branding/PR: build partnerships and relationships to build some buzz around our brand. Being experts in the area of public relations and branding isn’t a must, but you should be able to adapt and manage these processes for our brand

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing manager role within the SaaS / Startup
  • Proficiency in CRM / Design tools (HubSpot, Figma, and Webflow, etc.)
  • A strong data-driven approach to marketing
  • Strong experience in email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability in website design and optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-driven and accustomed to the start-up environment.

CoverForce's HQ is in NYC and for this role, we prefer candidates based in NYC tri-state area.
