Latitude is seeking a highly qualified legal operations professional with 5+ years of experience for a full-time, long-term contract engagement with one of its global public company clients. Candidates
must have prior legal operations experience handling contract management, budget management, and leading special projects. Prior experience working in-house with a major corporate legal department is also required. Candidates must reside in the West Coast.
Requirements for the Legal Operations Professional (Fully Remote Contract Engagement):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Prior experience (5+ years) working in a legal operations role and supporting an in-house legal department, preferably with a global company
- Outstanding references
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Driven and willing to take ownership of projects
- Experience developing SharePoint hubs, power BI dashboards and other process/data management programs
- Proficiency in contract management software
- Experience with budget management tools
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Share Point)
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as Co-Pilot and Chat GPT
Position Details for the Legal Operations Professional (Fully Remote Contract Engagement):
- Type of Role: Long-Term Contract Engagement (6+ months)
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in the West Coast
Compensation:
Pay: The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
