We are now hiring a Mobile Technical Support Engineer to our EV support team based in mid/south of Sweden.


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing both field-based and remote technical support for our EV charging stations, including commissioning, configuration, component replacement, and customer training. Field-based Support versus Remote Support will be a 30/70 split, however this will be variable on based on demand. You will work closely with our stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency through continuous improvements.


What you do

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient case handling, continuously improving linked to strategic objectives.
  • Remote troubleshooting to assist customers and installers.
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on-site, handling remote troubleshooting, charger/component swap-outs, and repairs.
  • Identify and suggest new processes to drive cost-saving and efficiency.
  • Provide stakeholder training, including classroom-based troubleshooting and product training.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and sales projects as needed.
  • Assign work to service partners if remote fixes are not possible.


Who you are

You are a highly skilled, customer-focused professional with a strong technical background in electrical systems and EV charging technologies. You thrive in a hands-on environment, balancing fieldwork and remote support. You’re not only a problem solver with excellent troubleshooting abilities, but you are also proactive in identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. You enjoy working independently, managing your own schedule, and take pride in delivering excellent service.


Your skills

  • Certified Electrician (Elsäkerhetsverket) License is a plus. You hold a Elbranschens Centrala Yrkesnämnd (ECY) certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years working as an electrician or service/development engineer in relevant technology areas, preferably with experience servicing EV charging stations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and Windows.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a bonus.
