Content Populator - Part Time

We’re seeking an experienced Content Populator part-time - 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed) to bring career websites to life.

Key Responsibilities

CMS Training:

  • Serve as the primary trainer for our CMS platform, delivering dynamic and tailored sessions to a diverse range of client stakeholders.
  • Adapt training approaches to meet varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring a user-friendly experience for all participants.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during training sessions, providing clear guidance and answering questions with professionalism and expertise.
  • Gather feedback from trainees to continuously refine and enhance training materials and delivery methods.

Content Population:

  • Populate client UAT websites using supplied content, adhering to predefined sitemaps and design templates.
  • Handle a variety of content types, including text, images, videos, third-party scripts, and multi-language translations.
  • Identify and communicate gaps in content (e.g., missing images or text) and flag technical constraints (e.g., character limits, page restrictions).
  • Conduct quality assurance to ensure content meets briefs and creative standards.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with project teams—Digital Project Managers, Designers, and Developers—to deliver seamless results.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Provide feedback on CMS usability to enhance both client and internal workflows.
