As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of the Data Act within a complex, global product development organization. Leveraging your expertise in vehicle data, data compliance, and IT systems, you will identify pragmatic solutions, drive initiatives, and build robust structures to ensure compliance. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across legal, IT, and business teams, addressing challenges and enabling success.

Engagement Details:

• 12 months engagement + possible extension
• Start date January-February
• Hybrid, ideally Gothenburg
• Full time, 100% allocation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to define solutions for Data Act compliance and data sharing.
• Drive data compliance initiatives, including pre-studies and risk assessments.
• Conduct gap analyses and monitor progress on Data Act implementation.
• Coordinate meetings, build awareness, and foster competency in data compliance.
• Structure, document, and manage materials related to compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of data governance, management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
