Job Description
We are seeking a powerful and driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong sales skills and an interest in home improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads and turn them into customers.
- Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners, contractors, real estate agents and interior designers.
- Conduct needs analysis by phone prior to sales consultation to understand prospective client’s needs and present suitable kitchen cabinet solutions.
- Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize earnings.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications
