Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers.
- Processing and managing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handling customer inquiries and redirecting them to appropriate sales representatives.
2. CRM Management
- Maintaining and updating customer databases in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HQ).
- Tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports for the sales team or management.
- Ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
3. Communication and Coordination
- Acting as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings or calls for the sales team.
- Communicating product or service updates to customers and team members.
4. Document Management
- Organizing and maintaining sales documentation (e.g., contracts, invoices, agreements).
- Preparing presentations or sales materials for pitches or meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Financial Support
- Assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Tracking and reconciling sales commissions or bonuses.
- Supporting the preparation of budgets or sales forecasts.
6. Sales Process Optimization
- Identifying inefficiencies in the sales process and recommending improvements.
- Standardizing sales procedures to improve team productivity.
- Assisting in the implementation of new tools or software.
7. Training and Onboarding
- Helping onboard new sales team members by providing necessary tools and training.
- Ensuring team members are familiar with company policies, CRM systems, and processes.
