The Role

We’re looking for a social butterfly with a knack for building relationships. managing campaigns, writing creative briefs, and streaming content processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing influencers or celebrities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are successful. You’ll play a key role in driving our brand’s presence on social platforms like Meta, Instagram, X, and TikTok while managing KPIs to measure the success of each campaign.

What You’ll Do

  • Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators across various platforms.
  • Multi-Tier Influencer Strategy: Craft a strategy that leverages micro-influencers, influencers, and ambassadors to drive our core marketing KPIs.Campaign Management: Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring the execution aligns with brand values and goals.
  • UGC Brief Writing: Create briefs that provide clear and actionable direction on creative deliverables that align with the brand's 360 seasonal messaging.
  • Sourcing and Proactive Outreach: Identify new influencers and partners to achieve win-win partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and goals.
  • Platform Management: Manage influencer content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with overall strategy.
  • KPI Management: Set and track campaign KPIs (such as reach, engagement, and ROI) to evaluate the success of each influencer partnership.
  • Campaign Optimization: Use data to analyze performance and optimize future campaigns for improved results.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile regular performance reports for stakeholders and provide insights on influencer marketing trends and opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with managing influencer or celebrity relationships and executing marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
  • Proven experience in running influencer marketing campaigns, both with and without influencer platforms.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across various departments, including marketing, creative, and product teams.
  • Ability to identify and engage with relevant influencers and celebrities who align with our brand values.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and how to leverage data to measure and optimize influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.
