Job description

Summary: Under direct supervision and following standard procedures, compiles data and records changes in insurance policies by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Processes applications and endorsements; completes cancellations and reinstatements.
  • Orders reports on new business and endorsements.
  • Assists agents in making changes to policies or provides quote information.
  • Processes, examines and corrects errors for renewal policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

Level 2: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
