    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You lead a team of Customer Sales and Service agents, ensuring market performance by driving quality, customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity
    • You optimize processes, analyze reports, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement improvement plans at both team and individual levels
    • You conduct performance reviews, support your team’s development, and ensure the delivery of premium customer service standards
    • You recruit and onboard top talent to strengthen your team
    • You foster team engagement, employee satisfaction, and create a positive, collaborative work environment
    • You represent the Lisbon Sixt Hub, embody the company culture, and promote the hybrid work model and excellent office environment

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • You bring technical and disciplinary management experience from roles such as supervisor, team lead (m/f/d), or similar positions
    • You are a native French speaker and fluent in English, with clear and articulate communication skills; additional languages are a plus
    • You handle conversations confidently, even in critical situations, and know how to inspire and motivate others effectively
    • You have a strong ability to analyze and optimize workflows, driving ongoing improvements within your team
    • You are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can multitask efficiently
    • You are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
