About The Position: Campaign Manager

Our goal is to foster global growth and success for our DFU line of business through innovative marketing campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning: Design and execute global campaigns that support the DFU business segment, in alignment with business objectives. Plan campaigns at least one business quarter ahead to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with product marketing to create and synchronize global marketing campaigns with overall business goals. Serve as the main point of contact for campaign planning, implementation, and performance.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Act as the liaison within the marketing organization for all global campaign initiatives, ensuring clear communication of plans and objectives.
  • ABX Strategy: Develop comprehensive multi-channel strategies to improve engagement with priority accounts, focusing on generating new ACV and cross-selling/upselling opportunities. Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to implement campaigns that prioritize the customer experience and their buying journey.
  • Performance Analysis: Work with Marketing Operations to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics across the sales funnel, including new customer acquisition and the expansion of the existing customer base.
  • Transparency & Alignment: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and work with field marketing teams to tailor campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Program Delivery: Ensure marketing programs and tactics are delivered on time, within budget, and meet ROI expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a campaign strategist, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure successful campaign execution and team growth

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Campaign Management experience within SaaS or a high-tech environment, with a proven ability to execute successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with ABX tools such as 6sense or Demandbase
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce.com, project management tools (like Monday, Asana, Wrike, Hive9, etc.), and BI solutions (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various marketing stakeholders and sales teams

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

Location: Must be located in either the Eastern or Central Time Zone or willing to work within these time frames.
