RATE: PHP 208.33 per hour - slightly negotiable

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Recovery and Administrative Assistant for a short-term contract position. This role involves a combination of administrative and clerical tasks, as well as supporting a critical data recovery project. The successful candidate will assist in organizing and restructuring client files while maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine hundreds of PDS files to verify client names on each file.
Rename files accurately and move them to the correct client folders.
Sign in and manage file-related administrative tasks.
Access client folders and maintain an organized file system with precision.
Log into the server to perform assigned tasks (training will be provided).
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus.
Proficiency in Office 365 and comfort working with technology.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in administrative, clerical, or data management roles is a plus.
Reliable and able to manage tasks independently after training.
Additional Details:
Working hours will alternate between Philippine and US time zones.
Quick panel interviews will be conducted in the coming weeks.
Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in performing the required tasks.
