Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns to build relationships, drive awareness, and generate business opportunities. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams, you will represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to connect with potential customers.
Plan, execute, and attend industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads and new business.
Serve as the main point of contact at trade shows, overseeing all required onsite setup and logistics.
Produce marketing materials including literature, signage, and merchandise, and manage inventory of reusable tradeshow items.
Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues; manage negotiation and track event expenses.
Build relationships with potential and existing customers through meetings, demos, and workshops at events.
Partner with the Executive Assistant to coordinate speaking engagements and customer meetings.
Track and analyze field marketing activities, measuring ROI, and reporting weekly on event performance.
Manage social media around field marketing activities, including trade shows and events.
Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships to expand market reach through partner-sponsored events.
Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful events.
Document and share customer insights and lead information with internal teams, handling data entry into Salesforce.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience in field and event marketing.
Must have B2B experience along with experience in a SaaS environment
Proven experience planning and managing field marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and logistics while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Ability to collaborate across departments and effectively communicate with team members.Technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts for event audiences.
Experience in early-stage startups is a plus but not required. Travel Required
