Job Title: Project Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Our client is a construction-focused organization dedicated to delivering high-quality projects while optimizing operational workflows and ensuring seamless database management.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will support our construction teams by managing the project management database, ensuring efficient communication with team leads, auditing checklists, and facilitating accurate data entry. This role also involves developing and enhancing the database to align with company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project management database and facilitate updates and optimizations.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads to gather necessary project data.
  • Audit project checklists and ensure data accuracy across tools and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in the development of a custom project management database tailored to the construction workflow.


Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Google Calendar.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in project management or administrative roles, preferably within construction or trades industries.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with project management tools and their customization for construction workflows.
  • Experience in construction or trades industries.
