Job description

MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of BizForce, is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive US Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about connecting talented healthcare professionals with outstanding career opportunities in the U.S. healthcare system. As a US Healthcare Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare field.
  • Engage with potential candidates through various channels and build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities to gain a thorough understanding of their staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Provide timely updates to both clients and candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1- 2 years proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
  • Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
