Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultants

Accountancy and Finance / Legal / HR

Glasgow - Gorgeous offices 2 mins walk from Glasgow Central Station. 

Basic Salary from £23,000 (Trainee) to £44,000 basic + from 10% to 40% Com + Quarterly Team Bonus + Annual Team Bonus + Benefits (including BUPA from Day 1)

Hybrid Office Hours - Mon-Wed: Office based / Thur & Friday: Work from Home

The company are a £15b Global Recruitment Organisation who over the past decade have focused on USA and Western Europe but over the past year have ploughed significant investment into growing their UK presence and opening up new Divisions. Their current UK presence includes 3 offices London, Manchester and a new Glasgow office which will see significant investment. 

Their  newly established Professional Services Division in Glasgow is headed by a highly experienced Accountancy and Finance/ HR and Legal  Recruitment Director. Currently, they are seeking Senior and Principal Consultants within Finance, HR and Legal Recruitment. What makes this opportunity so unique is the fact that the office is run like a specialist boutique yet has the resources and support of a major global organisation, this includes significant investment in RecTech to enable you to work smarter. 

They are open to recruiting an individual who works in an an alternate recruitment vertical sector.

Experience Required:

  • 12 months + Recruitment experience (360) within a white collar/ high margin Recruitment sector such as: Accountancy and Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Medical, White-Collar Engineering.
  • Successful track record in 360 Recruitment
  • New Business Development skills a prerequisite
  • Drive & Motivation

What you will receive:

  • Basic salary is negotiable from £23K-£44K (Dependant on experience in terms of success rather than longevity in the market)
  • Commission from 10% to 40% + a sizeable Qty Bonus + Annual Bonus
