What is the project?

We at Twine are working with a venture-backed AI lab at the forefront of innovation in the performing arts. We're seeking Junior Architects with interior design experience to collaborate with us in testing and refining cutting-edge AI models designed for media production, storytelling, and visual development. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-assisted creativity across film, TV, and animation.

The tasks will involve data entry, creating questions and answering them, relevant to your field of expertise.

Junior Architect

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Some experience in construction documentation, specifications, and CAD/BIM software.
  • Familiarity with creating basic elevations, floor plans, and renderings.
  • Some experience with interior design
  • Exposure to architectural visualization software and an understanding of building specifications, such as structural systems and wall assemblies.
  • Basic knowledge of zoning requirements, site planning, and integration of hardscape/landscape elements.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; exposure to Rhino or 3D Studio Max is a plus.
  • Ability to assist in developing drawing sets, including construction documents, as-builts, and detail drawings.
  • Basic rendering skills for visualizing materials and creating realistic design presentations.
  • Foundational understanding of structural layouts, foundation systems, and accessibility requirements.

Project Scope and Timeline:

The project is already live and we are looking to hire someone ASAP, to complete the work before the Christmas period.

You will be assigned 20 hours of work, with the expectation that you complete a minimum of 6 hours a day from the moment you are onboarded.

The rate offered for this role is $520 as an estimation based on how much you may receive if each task that is assigned is completed. These numbers are not guaranteed but here to provide a guide.

This is a one-off project but there may be similar opportunities in the future should your contribution be required.
