Job description

OutThere were established in 2012, we have evolved from a recruitment process management company, to an outsourcing business that fulfils all of the supporting functions you would expect to sit within a fully integrated HR department.

We provide outsourced solutions for all businesses great and small and our customers employee headcount range is currently 5 to 500. 

We are currently seeking a HR Consultant to join our team covering the South East area.

What will I be doing as a HR Consultant?

You will deliver an outstanding service to all customers and continuously exceed expectations by providing Transformational/Strategic HR to our customer base.

  • Frequent on-site attendance at Customer Locations – adjusting to customer culture and values. 
  • Planning and delivery of HR Projects against the pre-agreed timelines 
  • Supporting Clients in various strategic areas, principally those involving employees and people development.  
  • Time Allocation/Time Management –  Accurately Time Logging ALL billable work/tasks against the relevant customer using OutThere’s chosen time/clocking project management software  

Requirements

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified  
  • Appropriate work based experience within a Generalist HR setting   
  • Attention to detail and diligence in completing tasks fully 
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging at a senior level
