Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Forex Business Development Manager to join their team.

Location: Remote - Cypress / Malta

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:

Trust Payments is seeking a Senior Forex Business Development Manager to join our growing Direct Sales team. The role is Cyprus, Malta based or remote and allows you the freedom to identify prospective customers and partners across Europe from start up to enterprise. This role is centered around new business, with a particular focus on profitability from self generated relationships.

The successful applicant will be able to learn about our core + value added proposition, applying our solutions to solve customer challenges. Proven historic sales success is desired, and we would welcome applicants that have experience in successfully engaging with prospects in our primary vertical industries, especially Forex, Crypto, and Financial Services


What We Expect of You, Day To Day:

  • Seek new prospective merchants and introducers in Forex, Crypto and other high-risk industries, promoting the benefits of Trust Payments range of products and services.
  • Identify key challenges for merchants and partners, then solve these problems by applying the correct range of products and services, while sustaining profitable terms.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with full support available from Line Manager, Department Director and Pricing Manager should sign-off be required.
  • Manage the aftercare of your newly onboarded customers, until ready to be migrated to an Account Manager.
  • Maintain your introducer relationships by building trust and growing their portfolio of introduced merchants.
  • Regularly update our CRM system for the purpose of accurate reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Represent our business at trade events where required.
  • We strongly promote travel to meetings with prospect clients and partners to help maximiser the quality of conversation, so we can tackle and solve identified issues more efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Self-generated business development of customers or introducers.
