The Vice President of Revenue Operations is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the Revenue Operations departments. This role is critical in ensuring the alignment and optimization of revenue-generating processes across the organization, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead and optimize revenue operations processes to support scaling and efficiency across marketing, sales, and all revenue-producing roles
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CRO, CFO, and other senior leaders to align revenue operations with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment across the Go-To-Market functions

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth
  • Develop and influence new processes and technologies that optimize the path for supporting the revenue growth of the businesses globally

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding, business development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): setting revenue targets, tracking performance against these goals, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize business intelligence and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Develop and nurture cross-functional partnerships across the entire Revenue organization which impact overall customer success, retention and growth
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance and BI teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive strategies
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between sales, customer success, and other revenue-related teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development. (Global leadership experience is preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
