Ad Operations Specialist – Contractor Opportunity

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 20-40 hours/month

Rate: Negotiable based on experience

Commitment: 3 months with potential for extension

Location: Remote

What you will bring and do:

  • General ad operations and ad technology oversight
  • Manage tagging, trafficking, and general stewardship for linear, TV, radio and audio, and digital media campaigns
  • Manage and implement Campaign Manager and third-party ad trafficking
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with ad placement trafficking, campaign delivery, 3rd party, and more as needed
  • Document, update, and maintain ad specifications, trafficking procedures, and workflow processes for accounts
  • Work with external partners and media to provide trafficking instructions, creative, tags, and more
  • Ensure SLAs are met
  • Confirm guarantees are met and reconcile any differences 
  • Create UTM links for digital trafficking 
  • Provide updated specs to Creative team as necessary
  • Ensure completion of campaign setup and execution

Qualifications

  • Agency experience with ad serving platforms and ad trafficking processes (CM360 and Google Ads UI experience preferred)
  • Ideal candidate will also have previous experience with in-house ad operations
  • Experience working with large media entities and publishers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time
  • Event / Sports Industry is a plus but not required!
