Our People Team is looking for a People Working Student (f/m/d) who will collaborate closely with both the Head of People Operations and the Head of People Solutions. In this role, you will support a variety of tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring our employee documentation is up to date. You’ll also assist with employee training programs, help keep our intranet organized and accurate, and provide support on special projects like the rollout of new tools and platforms.

We are looking for someone who is interested in a part-time working student role or a full-time internship, ideally for at least 6 months, with flexibility to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

As part of the People Team, you will support the Heads of People Operations and People Solutions with a variety of tasks. Your day-to-day activities could include:

  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees

  • Helping to keep our employee records and documentation well-organized

  • Supporting the maintenance of our intranet to ensure content is current and accessible

  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of employee training programs

  • Providing support for special projects, such as the rollout of new tools and platforms

About you

We believe the following skills and attributes will help you thrive in this role:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Human Resources, or a similar field

  • You are fluent in both English and German

  • You are comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and Slack

Additionally, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Proactiveness: You take ownership of your responsibilities, identify challenges, and actively seek solutions. You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks at once.

  • Attention to detail: You ensure work is thorough and organized, especially when managing documents and processes

  • Collaboration: You work well in a team, supporting others and being flexible to their needs

  • Clear communication: You convey information clearly and concisely, both in writing and when speaking

If you are excited about supporting a growing team and want to gain experience in HR and People Operations, this is a great opportunity for you to learn and grow at Moss.
