We’re at an exciting phase of the company where we want an experienced growth manager to expand our global UA strategy, driving impactful campaigns that grow our app and community of Gems.

Team: Marketing
Who You Will Work With: Marjolaine (lead), Isabella (creative), Webster (creative)
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid - 2 days per week at the office)

What You'll Do
  • Lead Strategy: Manage user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, and more to consistently hit a Day 30 ROAS of 100%+.

  • Experiment & Scale: Test new channels, refine existing ones, and ensure scalable, profitable growth.

  • Analyze & Optimize: Turn data into actionable insights. Work closely with creatives to refine messaging and campaigns.

  • Own Budgets: Manage spend, audience segmentation, and creative strategy to maximize ROI.

  • Run A/B Tests: Continuously test and improve performance across platforms and demographics.

What You Will Bring
  • Experience: 4+ years in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing (mobile/gaming industry preferred). Proven success managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and attribution frameworks (SKAN, Meta, etc.).

  • Creative Problem-Solving: You think outside the box and experiment boldly.

  • Drive & Organization: You own your work, thrive on A/B testing, and stay curious about trends and personas.

  • Team Player: Transparent and collaborative, you explain the “why” behind decisions clearly.

  • Fluent in English
