Job description

Anrok is pioneering the way in addressing a crucial challenge for businesses worldwide: navigating the complex realm of sales tax and VAT. As tax regulations continue to change and become more intricate, companies require a dependable and automated solution to manage risk and ensure global compliance doesn’t become a drag on their revenue. Anrok’s cutting-edge platform seamlessly integrates with various billing and payment systems, streamlining sales tax monitoring, registration, reconciliation, and filing across multiple jurisdictions.

We're rapidly growing after our Series B and seeking a talented Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally for a B2B SaaS business. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid acquisition campaigns across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, CTV, podcasts, newsletters, etc.), including campaign setup, budget pacing, and creative testing

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on key growth metrics and learnings

  • Coordinate with creative team on asset requirements, trafficking ads, and ensuring proper tracking implementation

  • Own outbound email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including list segmentation, template creation, delivery scheduling, and performance analysis

  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and A/B testing. Support overall testing strategy by implementing tests, documenting insights and learnings, reporting, and sharing across teams.

  • Assist with campaign forecasting, budget planning, and performance projections

  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign structures, creative assets, and historical performance

What excites us:

  • A data-driven marketer with strong campaign execution and analytical skills. You have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and consistently use performance data to improve results.

  • An organized project manager who can handle multiple campaigns effectively. You have experience coordinating marketing campaigns across channels while maintaining careful attention to budgets, tracking, and deadlines.

  • A clear communicator who can translate campaign performance into actionable insights. You're comfortable building reports, explaining test results, and making recommendations to stakeholders.

  • A well-rounded marketer who combines technical and creative understanding. You know how to operate digital marketing platforms effectively and have good judgment about what messaging resonates with different audiences.

What we offer:

  • The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company.

  • Lunches and snacks for those working out of our San Francisco office.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%.

  • One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits and more.

  • Annual learning and development stipend for books, online courses, and conferences, as well as a curious team to share your learnings with.

  • One Medical annual membership.

  • Annual team offsites and in-person opportunities around our growing Anrok hubs

  • Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work

For employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we follow a hybrid model where we come into the office 3 days a week to collaborate in person.
