People Intern
Are you an analytical problem-solver with a passion for people? Join our People & Talent team and gain hands-on experience driving organizational success through innovative systems, strategies, and initiatives that empower our most valuable resource—our team.
Key Responsibilities
Support People-and-Talent related initiatives by scheduling interviews and trainings, coordinating projects, and supporting the teams’ daily operations.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, including systems implementation, talent analytics, and process optimization.
Collaborate across teams to enhance the employee experience and drive efficiency; Help to organize employee recognition programs or events
Balance creativity and logic to refine systems, improve workflows, and solve complex challenges.
Conduct research on HR or Talent Acquisition trends, best practices, or benchmarking against industry standards
Develop communication, problem-solving, and people-enablement skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About You
Education: Currently pursuing a degree, expected graduation in 2026.
Skills: Highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about working with people and systems.
Mindset: Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Google Workspace and data analysis tools, with a desire to learn more.
Location: Based in NYC or London.
