  • Event Integration: Design and execute seasonal events, live operations, and themed updates to sustain community interest and drive player participation.

  • Community Focus: Leverage community feedback and player insights to refine content offerings and enhance social experiences.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, art, engineering, and monetization teams to integrate content into the broader player journey.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay on top of market trends in social apps, virtual worlds, and games-as-a-service to ensure Highrise remains fresh and relevant.

  • KPIs and Iteration: Define success metrics for content performance and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or content management, with 2+ shipped titles in live-service games or social apps.

  • Skillset: Proven expertise in managing content pipelines and delivering regular updates in a live-service environment.

  • Community Focus: Strong understanding of how content fosters player expression, creativity, and social engagement.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to measure and analyze content performance using key metrics.

  • Collaboration: Exceptional communication and leadership skills to work across departments.

  • Passion: Deep enthusiasm for social platforms, creative content, and player-driven experiences.

Bonuses:

  • UGC Platforms: Familiarity with designing and managing user-generated content systems, empowering players to create, share, and monetize their work.

  • Live-Service Tools: Experience using or developing live-service platforms to deploy content dynamically, manage seasonal updates, and engage users in real-time.

  • AI/Automation: Understanding of leveraging AI-driven tools for content curation, personalization, or pipeline efficiency.

  • Community Events: Expertise in orchestrating community-driven events or challenges that integrate seamlessly with live-service content.
