Position Summary
We are seeking a Director of Sales to join our growing team!In this role, you will oversee multiple sales incentive programs across the enterprise. You will use data and analytics to develop and administer compensation programs that are easy to understand and drive profitable growth. You will manage multiple projects and priorities in a continuously growing and dynamic organization.
A Day in the Life
- Oversee multiple corporate sales incentive programs.
- Daily administration of incentives, reporting, annual planning, and accruals.
- Management of commission analysts in US and India to accurately report final commission payments
- Administer policies and procedures that support program administration and alignment with established corporate policies and other incentive programs.
- Develop robust sales tracking and reporting to allow validation of sales, payments, and accruals.
- Plan, design, and implement sales incentive plans.
- Facilitate education on incentive plans and SPIFs at all levels of the sales team.
- Drive continuous improvement by actively seeking and suggesting plan improvements using data and analytics to discern if plans are driving the correct behavior to reach stated goals.
- Partner and collaborate with company leaders and cross functional teams to garner support on plans.
- Develop robust sales tracking and reporting approaches and consult with sales leaders to address new and emerging reporting needs.
We are looking for someone who brings
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in administering complex sales incentive programs and /or sales operations preferred.
Experience interpreting contracts and converting them to sales incentive programs.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and statistics.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word skills required.
Experience working with Salesforce is required.
Results-oriented, self-starter, and accountable for timelines, deliverables, and accuracy of work.
Significant attention to detail in the maintenance of spreadsheets, databases, and communications.
Strong business acumen and ability to respond to request for information in a courteous manner.
