We are currently hiring a Project Manager II to join our Federal Research Team!
As Project Manager here at Rho, you’ll provide scientific and operational support for a large portfolio of NIH-sponsored clinical trials and observational studies. You will be able to manage multiple clinical studies, act as the liaison to all parties involved in the conduct of the research and provide guidance and direction to other members of the project team.

Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor study timelines and project plans with minimal guidance
- Provide training for internal staff, clinical site personnel, and clinical monitors
- Communicate with clinical site personnel about issues related to study implementation
- Review and develop protocols, consent forms, manuals of procedures, and other study documents
- Draft Clinical Monitoring Plans and perform trip report review
- Liaise with internal monitoring teams to collaboratively oversee clinical monitoring activities
- Support and monitor site reporting to the sponsor
- Ensure that study websites and tracking systems contain current and accurate information
- Ensure that studies adhere to federal regulations and other research requirements
- Provide support for other program-related operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in life science or public health along with 1-2 years of experience managing clinical research projects in some capacity; familiarity with clinical site operations and management, understanding of protocol development and/or review, drug development process and federal regulations
- Strong Communicator: Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho’s.

As required by pay transparency laws in some states, Rho provides the range of starting compensation (annual salary or hourly rate) it reasonably expects to pay for a given role. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to role responsibilities and location as well as candidate skill set and level of experience. The range of starting pay for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
