Position - VP of Sales - Multifamily Market

Location - Remote within USA

General Summary

Parcel Pending by Quadient is the leading provider of package management solutions for multifamily, residential, commercial, retail, and university properties in the United States and Canada. We deliver over 2 million packages monthly, offering a wide range of solutions that ensure the simple and secure delivery and retrieval of packages and online orders.

Your role in our future:

As Vice President of Multifamily Sales, you’ll be responsible for the overall success and direction of the multifamily sales vertical. While you oversee the team from the top, you’ll have a hands-on, instrumental role in ensuring that your team aligns with Parcel Pending by Quadient’s revenue and growth objectives. You’ll be experienced in earning the trust of your team by coaching and guiding them while still empowering them to approach business challenges innovatively to excel in their respective areas. To excel in this role, you’ll need to take a data-driven approach that actively seeks to improve Sales processes and efficiency, while partnering effectively with other leaders across the organization. It is imperative you understand solution selling at all levels as well as be able to use your prior experiences and competencies to lead, manage and coach the various members of your Sales team.

What you’ll do:
  • Direct your leadership team in setting aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and bring together all efforts to achieve success
  • Work closely with executive management to create and execute sales strategy across teams and maximize effectiveness
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.
  • Have a clear and granular grasp of sales performance at all times & continuously define and adjust to achieve milestones and long-term sales objectives
  • Review forecasts and individual/team seller metrics with your leadership team, ensuring targets are met and redirecting as needed
  • Performance management of sales leaders and sales representatives
  • Manage KPI’s to achieve sales objectives and accelerate growth
  • Develop key sales strategies including sales forecasts, sales team planning, and overall department budgets
  • Responsible for accurately forecasting sales on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintain thriving, meaningful business relationships with our existing client base and foster relationships with prospects
  • Consult with marketing to devise new and innovative ways to market products and drive sales
  • Collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth sales process from start to finish
  • Develop a culture of trust, accountability, and performance within your team
  • Recruit, coach, and develop top sales talent


Your Profile:
  • 10+ years of B2B management experience required, within similar industry is preferred
  • Proven experience in scaling up sales teams
  • Must demonstrate a highly successful track record
  • Self-motivated and flexible, ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Be an expert relationship builder and people person capable of influencing outcomes
  • Robust leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to motivate and inspire others
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.

This position has a target base salary of:

$200,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$75,000.00
