Are you a proactive professional with a passion for client management and a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking an Account Manager for our client, a payment processing company with a focus on high-risk industries.

About Our Client:

Our client specializes in providing secure and efficient payment processing solutions for high-risk industries. Over the past 6 years, they have maintained stability and growth with a dedicated team of professionals. They focus on solving problems rather than pointing out mistakes, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients and partners receive exceptional service and support.

Position: Account Manager in charge of both Clients and Partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and merchants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee client interactions post-sales, manage contracts, create and manage chats, and handle the entire integration process.
  • Proactively monitor client statuses and activities, monitor conversion rates, and turnovers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, notify merchants of updates and prepare pricing proposals.
  • Take initiative in operational tasks, analyze market trends, and prepare recommendations to formulate winning proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years in payment industry.
  • Experience in client/partner management and operational support.
  • Structured, intelligent, responsible, proactive, and capable of handling operational tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and desire to continuously develop in Fintech.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (we cooperate with Russian-speaking and English-speaking clients)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
