Job description

We're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Athens! In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for our users, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues.

What you'll do:

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to users via various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to [mention specific software/hardware if applicable]
  • Document technical issues and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, product) to ensure seamless resolution for complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and product updates
