Key Responsibilities

  • Timely Issuance of Invoices
    • Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of invoices to Clients.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate billing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • WIP Management
    • Manage the work-in-progress (WIP) process, ensuring hours are accurately allocated to the correct territories and cost centers.
    • Collaborate with project teams to transfer and allocate hours to appropriate territory codes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • P&L Management and Adjustments
    • Monitor and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring financial data reflects accurate revenue and expense recognition.
    • Make necessary adjustments to P&L accounts, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.
  • Budgeting
    • Participate in the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and management team
    • Track and report on budget vs. actual performance, highlighting significant variances and providing insights to management.
  • True-up Calculations
    • Perform true-up calculations to reconcile actual performance against forecasted amounts.
    • Ensure that adjustments are appropriately reflected in financial statements and reports.
  • Agreement Management
    • Manage and maintain agreements with Clients
Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience on the similar position;
  • English B2+;
  • Understanding of key accounting principles;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
  • Confident user of MS Excel.
