Job Summary

This is an experienced, highly detailed leadership role that will lead the day-to-day Inbound Sales team activities. This includes supervising Inbound Sales Representatives through daily activities that support the company's overall objectives, deliver organizational value, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide supervision, direction, training, and support to Inbound Sales Representatives
  • Conduct weekly evaluations, coaching, development, 1:1s, team meetings, and annual performance reviews with team members to manage and optimize performance
  • Manage team KPIs and take the appropriate action to lead team in achieving goals
  • Work with Department Manager to manage employee discipline and document it as appropriate
  • Assist Department Manager in the development of team schedules
  • Hire new team members and supervise their onboarding experience
  • Manage the team's time, attendance, and time off
  • Administer team bonus and submit to Manager for approval
  • Ensure that those within the scope of responsibility adhere to company policies, procedures and standards
  • Seek counsel from Manager and other functional leaders to address advanced or complex employee-related matters
  • Supervise and perform random file audits to measure and monitor quality of work
  • Monitor team on-call for select weekends/holidays
  • Lead and collaborate with team to identify ways to improve department effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Continually seek opportunities to build out and expand our offerings with current or future customers
  • Lead team in a sales mindset, coaching reps on best practices for closing sales and meeting closing rate targets
  • Organize and facilitate monthly continuing product and pricing education for inbound sales team
  • Update, maintain and monitor proper usage of sales scripts and sales objection solutions
  • Create and monitor lead follow-up process
  • Preparing reports for Senior Director of Operations as needed
  • Cultivate new relationships with clients and strengthen existing ones
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:
  • 3+ Years supervising Team Leaders and other individual contributors including coaching, development, performance management, and policy administration.
  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience successfully leading initiatives
  • Industry-related management experience (LDR specific experience is highly preferred)
  • Experience in a customer driven remote environment preferred
  • Sales experience with proven record of managing a sales team preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively over the telephone, by computer video, email and social media with a high attention to detail
  • Solid Technical/computer aptitude including the utilization of multi-screen systems
  • Familiar with using Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Experience with call center software such as CTM preferred
  • Have a structured/self-motivated approach to meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Salary: $70000 per year
