Senior Product Owner (FinTech) - fully remote

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with 7+ years of experience in product management,

particularly in FinTech. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Saudi market and a strong

track record of delivering digital financial products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

define, execute, and optimize the product roadmap in an agile environment.

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends
  
  

and business goals, with a focus on the Saudi financial landscape.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent
  
  

communication and alignment on product goals.

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and market trends to drive product
  
  

development while ensuring compliance.

• Lead agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features that
  
  

align with business objectives.

• Champion user experience, ensuring products meet customer needs and continuously improve based on user feedback.
• Mentor junior product team members and foster collaboration across engineering, design, and
  
  

business teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with specific experience in FinTech and knowledge of the
  
  

Saudi Arabian market.

• Proven experience in launching digital payment products, lending platforms, or other financial
  
  

solutions.

• Familiarity with Saudi FinTech regulations and payment gateway integrations.
